The world-renowned Newport Folk Festival® in Newport, RI, which was founded in 1959 by George Wein and folk icon Pete Seeger, is available for sponsorship. The festival celebrated its 50th anniversary August 1–2, 2009, with more than 17,000 music fans in attendance.
